Subscribe via the RSS feed to get notified whenever we ship something new. ### See Edward's documents by their sub-products again **Improved** · Edward's document library now shows each document's sub-products in their own column again, so you can scan and open a carrier's manuals by sub-product line at a glance. ### Clearer form labels and properly named form downloads **Improved + Fixed** · Forms in Edward's document library now group under clear Manual, Form, and Other types and show what kind of form each one is, so they're easier to scan and search. Downloaded forms now save with their real document name instead of a long internal code. ### Download carrier forms right from Edward's document library **New** · Edward's document library now lists carrier forms — applications, questionnaires, certificates and the like — alongside your underwriting manuals, and you can download any of them as a PDF from the viewer or from a chat result. A new Type column and filter let you tell forms and manuals apart at a glance. ### Brokers without admin access land on their normal home again **Fixed** · Team members who aren't brokerage admins no longer hit an analytics Overview home page they can't view — they now go straight to their usual starting page (customers, Ask Ed, or team). Brokerage-wide Overview analytics stay admin-only. ### Filter Edward's documents by sub-product **Improved** · The Ask Ed documents view now has a Sub-products filter and shows each document's sub-products, so you can narrow a carrier's manuals to a specific sub-product line. The sub-product options adjust to the products you've selected. ### See your brokerage's Edward usage at a glance with a new Overview **New** · The dashboard home is now an Overview showing cost savings, time saved, questions asked and team adoption, plus charts of team activity and the topics your brokers ask Edward about. ### Table cells now show their full text **Improved** · Wide entries in the contacts table now fill and expand to show their whole text instead of being cut off. ### More accurate carrier matching in Edward's general answers **Fixed** · When you ask Edward a general question about a specific carrier, it now matches the right carrier's documents more reliably and ignores misleading date phrases in the request. ### Copied citation text now pastes cleanly **Fixed** · Text you copy from a citation highlight in Edward's answers now pastes as one continuous line, without stray hidden characters. ### Cleaner, consistent document names across Edward **Improved** · Document names now read as plain words and are labelled by their classification consistently everywhere — including the documents table — making them easier to recognize. ### Copy the text behind a citation **New** · You can now select and copy the exact source text highlighted under a citation in Edward's answers. ### Edward now searches your documents for general questions too **Improved** · For everyday, non-underwriting questions, Edward now searches your brokerage's documents and answers with sources, rather than giving a limited general reply. ### Clearer charts and tables in Edward's answers **Improved** · Charts and tables that Edward streams into an answer now render more cleanly — wide tables wrap and clamp instead of overflowing off the page. ### Wiki documents are named by their classification **Improved** · Uploaded documents now show a clear classification-based name in the wiki instead of a raw file title, making them easier to recognize and find. ### Cleaner region labels on Ask Ed documents **Improved** · Documents in Ask Ed that cover several regions now show grouped, capped region labels instead of one long unreadable list. ### Territory labels on Edward's national documents **Improved** · National and company-wide documents in Edward now show the territories they cover, so brokers can see at a glance where each document applies. ### Onboarding now appears in your language **Improved** · Edward's onboarding questions are no longer pinned to English and now display in your selected language. ### Document filters now appear in your language **Improved** · The filter options for Edward's documents are now translated, so French users see French labels instead of English-only ones. ### Fixed an error when answering Edward's clarifying questions **Fixed** · Replying to one of Edward's clarifying questions no longer occasionally fails; your answer now goes through reliably. ### Fixed a sign-in dead end when two-factor was required **Fixed** · Signing in no longer stalls on a blank screen when a second verification step is needed — the step is now shown so you can finish signing in. ### Fixed citation cards flickering while a PDF loads **Fixed** · The reference text shown under a citation no longer flashes or disappears while its source PDF is still loading. ### Smoother sign-in without the screen flicker **Fixed** · Signing in to Edward no longer briefly flashes the page layout before it finishes loading — you now see a clean loading screen until the app is ready. ### Fixed a sign-in hang that could leave you stuck on the loading screen **Fixed** · After a period of inactivity, some sessions could get stuck on the sign-in loading spinner. Signing in is reliable again. ### One-click Continue to get started with Ed **Improved** · Ed's onboarding now has a Continue button under the suggested questions that starts you off with the first one, so getting going takes a single click. ### Fixed occasional "not found" errors when opening Ask Ed **Fixed** · Some brokerages saw errors when using Ask Ed after their account setup changed. Edward now refreshes your workspace details automatically so answers load correctly. ### Start a new Ask Ed conversation straight from your recents **New** · You can now begin a fresh Ask Ed conversation directly from the recents list in the sidebar, without leaving what you're looking at.
